Ronan O'Hora has performed extensively worldwide, collaborating with orchestras like the London Philharmonic, Philharmonia, BBC Symphony, Royal Philharmonic, Zurich Tonhalle, Indianapolis Symphony, Brno Philharmonic, and more. He has graced stages across Europe, the USA, Canada, Australasia, and South Africa, participating in prestigious festivals such as Salzburg, Gstaad, and Bath. With over thirty concerto and solo recordings for labels like EMI, Virgin Classics, Hyperion, Tring, and Fone, he boasts a rich discography. Since 1999, Ronan O'Hora has served as the Head of Keyboard Studies at Guildhall, also taking on the role of Head of Advanced Performance Studies in 2008. His students have excelled in international piano competitions and now teach at conservatories worldwide. O'Hora frequently conducts masterclasses globally, including at the Juilliard School, Yale University, Peabody Institute, Beijing Central Conservatory, Seoul National University, Korean National University of the Arts, Glenn Gould School, and Banff Centre. He serves on the juries of various international piano competitions. He holds the position of Visiting Professor at Tokyo College of Music and Honorary Professor at the China Conservatory.
